Founded in 2007, Earthmate® Geosynthetics, specializes in the producing, supply and installation of world class geosynthetics, such as geocomposites, geogrids, geotextiles, asphalt rehabilitation fabrics and erosion control products. Earthmate® is a leader in the geosynthetics industry for providing innovative and cost-effective solutions to support the unique challenges of civil engineering, environmental and geotechnical projects across a variety of sectors including: road construction, water and waste management, mining, oil & gas, retaining wall, containment and agriculture.
2007 – Earthmate Geosynthetics was established in Hongkong
2007 – Earthmate started to export PP Bi-axial Geogrids & Ground Cover to United Kindom & Canada
2008 – The Vigortex® composited geotextiles manufacturing facility was put into operation.
2009 – CE Marking was implemented for Earthmate PP Bi-axial Geogrids & HDPE Uni-axial Geogrids
2009 – Earthmate got the first order of 574,920 m2 High Modulus Polyester Uni-axial Geogrids for India NHAI MSE Wall projetcs.
2009 – Creep Reduction performance testing, Installation Damage testing and Durability testing were conducted in TRI/Environmental U.S.A on Earthmate High Modulus Polyester Uni-axial Geogrids
2009 – Earthmate started to export PP Bi-axial Geogrids & Ground Cover to Poland, Hungary and Germany
2010 – Earthmate started to export PP Bi-axial Geogrids & Weed Barrier to The Netherland
2010 – New product, Bentoseal® Geosynthetics Clay Liner, exported to Indonesia & Vietnam
2011 – BasalFab® High Strength Woven Geotextiles and Silt Fence exported to Australia

Earthmate® Geosynthetics has a commitment to quality in all aspects we do. We partner with the world's leading manufactuers of polymer resin and filament, that are strictly controlled from raw material, through production and delivery.
All raw materials, resin, fiber or filament, needed for the production of our geosynthetics, are subject to a strict material analysis. Independent test reports, submitted by base material suppliers, will be reviewed and qualified in accordance with our product specific protocols. In production of all geosynthetics, additional quality assurance measures will be conducted. After all quality assurance measures have been conducted as defined in the quality assurance plan, a test reports will be issued according to EN ISO 10204 when requested.
Besides the inner strict QC and QA systems, Earthmate® Geosynthetics also undergo independent third-party quality process checks that are typically performed every year, such as TRI/Environmental, BTTG, BICS, CTTG and FITI. The Compulsory CE-marking has been awarded by BTTG, U.K & TUV AUSTRIA on Earthmate® Geogrids, Geocomposites, Geocell, Woven Geotextile and Asphalt Reinforcement Grids from 2009.

Earthmate® is proud to offer a number of "Own Brands" focused on meeting the needs of our customers in Geosynthetics field to satisfy the most demanding civil, environmental and industrial applications. "Own Brand" means that the items are developed for and sold exclusively by Earthmate®. Our Own Brand programs are developed with our customers in mind and we insist on the highest quality at a good value.
Started in 2017, we invited Canada's highly talented independent young designer, Edward Yan, to create our products’ trademark and logo. In the same year, Earthmate® applied for the trademarks copyright protection and registration in State Intellectual Property Office. Till now, Earthmate® has acquired twenty-one registered trademarks/brands and copyrights (Registered Number: 2018-F-0065672).
All own brands are focused on the same unique core ‘Safety is our value’.
